Joe Mike Murphy, D.D.S, FAGD
A Texas native, Dr. Joe Mike Murphy graduated from Baylor University in 1974 and continued at Baylor Dental School, receiving his Doctorate in Dental Sciences in 1977. He began private practice while continuing to broaden his skills as dental techniques and technology advanced. In particular, Dr. Murphy was one of the nation's initial class of highly trained dentists in diagnosis, placement and restoration of dental implants. Dr. Murphy is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute, one of the world's most prestigious implant teaching organizations.
Dr. Murphy has achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Misch Implant Institute. As a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute, Dr. Murphy has achieved Diplomate status in the American Board of Oral Implantology, the highest accreditation in implant dentistry one can attain.
In 2007, Dr. Murphy was named a "Texas Super Dentist" by Texas Monthly Magazine.
Teresa - RDA My name is Teresa Jennings. I graduated from Kerens High School in 1978. I was introduced to the dental profession while working with the school work program and a local dentist. I am a Registered Dental Assistant with over 30 years experience. I began working with Dr. Murphy in April of 1981. Our patients are wonderful and a part of my extended family. I love my career in dentistry and the modern advances that implants and cosmetic dentistry have to offer. My husband and I live in Kerens. We have one daughter. I am a member of the Kerens ISD School Board for 7+ YRS. I am very involved in the community and KESA (Keren Ex-Student Association). |

Lisa - RDH I grew up in Athens and finished high school in West Texas. I graduated from Dental Hygiene School in Tyler in 1980. I started working for Dr. Murphy in 1981. I love my job and we have the most wonderful patients in our office. I live in Athens with my husband. I have 3 children and 3 step children and 2 grand-children. |

Renee - RDA I graduated High School from Burton Academy in Arlington, TX. I became a Registered Dental Assistant over 13 years ago. In 2003 my family and I moved from Midlothian, TX to Eustace, TX. I began working with Dr. Murphy in November 2003. I enjoy every aspect of dentistry and working with our patients in our office. I currently live in Eustace with my husband and 2 children. |

Angie, RDH I graduated from Tyler Jr. College Dental Hygiene program in 1988. My husband David and I have 2 children, Jessica and Eli. We are active members of Norwood Heights Baptist church. I enjoy spending time with my family; attending my sons school sports activities and making jewelry and glass mosaics with my mother. |

Lil – RDA/Financial Coordinator I graduated from Kemp High School in 1987. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1989. I began working with Dr. Murphy in August of 2009 as the financial coordinator. I am well rounded in all aspects of dentistry. My true passion is helping to provide quality care for our patients. |

Biondi – Scheduling Coordinator I grew up in Sulphur Springs, Texas. I moved to Athens in March of 2007 and began working with Dr. Murphy in April of 2008, as the scheduling coordinator. I was excited to accept this position and begin my new career in dentistry. Since that time my appreciation for dentistry has grown and I am continuing to grow and learn. |
